I looked like the little boy in The Christmas Story with all of my snow clothes on, but boy was it fun! The snowflakes were really big. After we took some pics, then we went to help some of our older neighbors by shoveling their sidewalks. I helped by putting snow from the yards right back where Mommy and Daddy shoveled. I like to help.
Grandma wanted to see how I liked the big flakes. Grandma's hair was covered with snow and really curly. Grandpa and Grandma just got back from three weeks in Hawaii. When they complain, Mommy and Daddy tell them to be quiet and enjoy their tans!
This is our house. You can see that there are still some lights up from Christmas. Daddy and Grandpa have to wait until it thaws out a bit before they can get the rest down. It could be awhile...Daddy says we have about 18 inches of snow in our yard.
I like to catch the snow on my tongue.
There is a lot of snow at my house. Being across from the school, we get our street plowed pretty regularly. But, this also means that we get a lot of snow on the edge of our yard. We are lucky and know one of the city workers, so he is nice and plows our driveway out for us. Other people aren't so lucky. The plow man isn't liked by some!
Grandma took our picture, but a big snowflake was right in front of Daddy's face.
Mommy likes this picture because it shows my big eyes. I was getting tired of sitting on the big mound of snow. I would rather play in it, not sit in it!
