Some Pics and a "Not So Private" Moment

Grammy and Papa got me a magnetic doll set. I like to pick out outfits and tell Mommy, "Cute." Mommy and Daddy got me a new table at IKEA for my birthday. I love it, and I have found it especially useful to use as a ladder to get to the window where Mommy keeps the lotion and other fun stuff that I am not supposed to get. I LOVE to climb. Mommy thinks my first broken bone will be from falling out of a tree.

I've been talking about going "potty" a lot, so my mom took me seriously and bought me a new toilet. I spent TWENTY minutes on my new potty the other night because I thought it was pretty cool. I think Mommy was getting bored. She kept calling Grandma to see if this was what was supposed to happen. She'd go potty next to me, then sit on the floor. She even turned the water on to help, as well as got me a good book. I was so excited, I kept standing up to see if anything was there! NOTHING!! So, after 20 minutes, I stood up again and looked. I started to go pee when I was checking on my progress. My mom got all excited and yelled, "Paigey, you're going potty!" and whirled me on to the seat. The music went off and you'd think that confetti was going to fall from above, but with my mommy getting excited and the music, I freaked out and hugged her tight and said, "No. No. No." How embarassing. What's the big deal? So...the potty chair is not as exciting as it was at first, but I keep sitting on it, standing up to see if anything is there, and waiting...
Mommy thinks I've been hanging out with Grandpa a lot. This is how he wears his pants--nice and high. We have the same sort of belly, too.

Birthday With My Friends at Coffee

These are my friends at coffee. Mommy made brownies and we celebrated down there. I have lots of grandmas and grandpas down there who love me lots and lots. I get to help solve the world's problems with them.
Gramma Gloria was brave and let me sit on her lap when I ate my brownie. (She's the one who give me ice cream, too!)

The brownie was delicious and I had fun with my friends!

Big Birthday

This is my neighbor, Evan. I call her Evie. I had fun at my birthday party. Aunt Nettie made "Bob" cupcakes for everyone. They were yummy! I still love the Veggie Tales--especially those with lots of songs.
I did a good job of blowing out my candle.

Mommy found dippin dots for our ice cream. They were fun to eat and YUMMY!

Ketchikan, Alaska

This is my mommy's cousin, Landon, and his new wife, Tara. We all LOVE Ketchikan and would like to visit again some day.

I really like my backpack.

The wedding was on a ferry to a place called Misty Fjords. It was really pretty. It was a five hour trip, but worth every minute to see God's beautiful scenery. Overall, I was a pretty good girl. My family tried to run me ragged, but I kept up for the most part. I am still trying to make up for my lost beauty sleep. I like to go to bed about 9 and get up around 8:30 or 9. I also like to take anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 hour naps.

Cheeky Lil Monkey

I can get into quite a bit of trouble if left unattended (or with Grandpa)--even if for only a short bit. Mommy, Daddy, and Grandma went to the movie. Grandpa didn't realize that I can squeeze tubes now rather quickly. I decided that his legs were in desperate need of some "butt paste." That's really the name of it!
When Mommy was trying to get ready to leave for Ketchikan, she left the back car door open. While she quickly ran inside, I crawled right into the back seat, over the console and into the driver's seat. I really like driving. When Mommy came out to find me, I just looked at her, smiled, waved, and said "b-bye" right before I locked the doors. I also had time to get into the gum for some minty fresh breath. Thank goodness Mommy had the back door open and keyless entry. Next time, however, I hope she leaves the keys in the ignition.
"Great...why'd she have to come out and ruin all the fun!"

Horrible, Rotten, No Good, Very Bad Day

Ever had one of those days? This was one of them! Mommy would NOT stop taking my picture and it got really old. She sat me on the window ledge because she thought outside looked pretty--kind of like those backdrops that pulled down in the 70s/80s when she and Aunt Nettie were little girls and got their pictures taken. Anyway...she says that this is one of those pictures that you can put on your back drop and look at whenever you're feeling cranky. :)
